We do accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery; however, this rule does not apply to custom-made products. For items of this nature we have to refuse returns for health and hygienic reasons. Sealed items that a buyer unseals or wears after delivery will NOT be available for return. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive, please contact us within 3 days of receiving item via email. After the 14-day period we DO NOT accept any queries for ANY items received. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
