Calendula, also known as marigold, is an annual member of the daisy family that is native to western Asia, Europe and the Mediterranean region. The whole flower heads are added to soups and broths. The flowers also add a mild, pleasant flavor to herbal tea blends. We here at Deware Accessories pride ourselves with utilizing everything we can to its full potential and this natural ingredient is one of the MOST used in our workshop! Calendula is not only used in our teas, but our salves, lotions and soaps for its complete skin benefiting abilities plus a beautiful color in our soaps.
